What is needed to make Mirchi Vada?
- 10 to 12 long green chillies
- Two boiled potatoes
- Two cups of gram flour
- finely chopped green coriander
- Mint, ginger and garlic paste
- asafoetida, finely chopped green chillies
- Red chilli, coriander powder.
- Turmeric Powder, Garam Masala
- salt to taste

- First of all you have to wash the green chilli and make a slit in the middle. – Now remove all the seeds inside it. Take gram flour in a bowl, add boiled potatoes, green coriander, mint, ginger and garlic paste, some spices and mix well.
- – Make small tikkis with the help of this paste and fill them with green chillies. – After this, to make gram flour pudding, take out the gram flour in a big vessel. Prepare the batter by adding some finely chopped green chillies, salt, a pinch of turmeric, a spoon of oil and a little water. – Now dip these stuffed chillies in the cucumber batter. – Now heat oil in a pan and fry the chillies by dipping them in the cucumber batter.
