Ingredients for making jaman sherbet
– 250 grams
Sugar – 1/4 cup Salt
as per taste
Water – 1 liter
Roasted cumin powder – 1 tsp
Black pepper powder – 1/4 tsp
Black salt – half a teaspoon
Lemon juice – 1/4 cup
of ice cubes
Method for making jamun syrup
First of all wash the jamun thoroughly with water. – Now place a pan on the gas stove. Pour 1 liter of water in it. – Now add jamun, sugar, cumin powder, black pepper powder, black and white salt and let it boil. In a short while the jamun will become very soft. The color of the water will also appear purple.
Now filter it in a bowl and take out its water. Press the jamun well with the help of a spoon so that all the water is squeezed out and goes into the bowl. Now add lemon juice to it. Put some ice cubes in a glass. Add jamun syrup to it and enjoy drinking cold syrup.
