Jabalpur: Parents purchased school uniforms for their children at the fair

Jabalpur, July 30 (HS). To provide school uniforms at discounted and competitive rates, parents reached with their children on the fourth day of the uniform fair organised at the garment cluster located at Lema Garden Gohalpur and purchased school uniforms on Tuesday. This five-day uniform fair organised on the initiative of Collector Deepak Saxena will conclude on Wednesday.

A large number of parents arrived with their children at the uniform fair on Tuesday. They appreciated the unique initiative of the district administration to provide good quality school uniforms at a discounted and competitive price to get rid of the arbitrary behaviour of private schools. Along with uniforms, socks, blazers, water bottles and school bags have also been made available for sale at discounted rates in the fair.

The uniform fair will remain open from 4 pm to 9 pm on the last day i.e. Wednesday, July 31. Seventeen stalls have been set up by school uniform sellers in the fair and uniforms of private schools of Jabalpur and Sihora have been made available.
