Papad- 2
Grated Paneer – 2 tbsp
Onion finely chopped – 1
Finely chopped carrot – 1 tablespoon
Tomato finely chopped – 1
Chilli flakes – 1/4 tsp
Tomato sauce – 1 tablespoon
Black pepper powder – 1/4 tsp
Ajwain – 1/4 tsp
Capsicum finely chopped – 1/2
Oil- 1 tablespoon
Salt – as per taste

– Firstly, take onion, tomato, capsicum and carrot and cut them into small pieces.
– After this, grate the cheese. – Now take a mixing bowl and add all the vegetables in it and mix it and keep it aside.
– Now add tomato sauce, chilli flakes in another bowl and mix it with the help of a spoon.
– Now add carom seeds and salt to this mixture and mix again.
– After making the mixture, now take a non-stick pan and heat it on low flame.
Spread some oil on the pan. Pick up the raw papad and place it on the pan and put tomato chutney paste on top and spread it on the papad.
– Then add chopped vegetables over it and spread cheese on top.
– Now cover the non-stick pan and cook for 2-3 minutes.
Your papad pizza is ready.
