Pakistan intruded into Jammu and Kashmir: Enemy country Pakistan is once again trying to disturb the peace of India. Concerns have increased about Pakistan's possible covert operation in Jammu and Kashmir. Pakistan SSG commandos have infiltrated on a large scale. This claim has been made by Kashmiri activist Amjad Ayub Mirza and former Jammu and Kashmir DGP Shesh Paul Ved. Mirza claimed in a post on X that Major General Adil Rahmani, General Officer Commanding (GOC) of the Pakistani SSG, was planning an offensive from Muzaffarabad.
Mirza claims that around 600 SSG commandos have infiltrated the Kupwara area and other places in Jammu and Kashmir. He claims that local jihadi sleeper cells are helping these commandos in this operation.
Pakistan's nefarious act, attempt to infiltrate India
According to a report, Mirza has alleged that Lieutenant Colonel Shahid Salim Janjua is leading this attack into Indian territory with the intention of involving the 15 Corps of the Indian Army. According to him, two additional SSG battalions are stationed in Muzaffarabad and are ready to infiltrate Indian territory via Jammu and Kashmir. He said that Major General Adil Rahmani of the SSG is in Muzaffarabad. He is plotting an attack against India. An SSG battalion led by Lieutenant Colonel Shahid Salim Janjua has already entered India.
Fear of war like Kargil once again
This move by Pakistan has once again raised the fear of a conflict like the 1999 Kargil War. Meanwhile, about 5,000 Pakistani soldiers infiltrated Indian territory and a major battle began. Let us tell you that the Pir Panjal Range is a strategic area extending to Himachal Pradesh, Jammu and Kashmir and PoK, which has become an important area due to its challenging terrain, which provides protection to intruders.
These claims of Mirza have been supported by former Jammu and Kashmir DGP Shesh Paul Vaid. He has confirmed in a video on X that Major General Adil Rahmani of the Pakistani Army is carrying out these attacks in Jammu and Kashmir. The presence of about 600 SSG commandos deliberately infiltrating the area is once again indicating war. Vaid also said that Lieutenant Colonel Shahid Salim Janjua is running his operations inside the area with the support of local jihadi supporters.
Indian Army's response
After this cowardly act of Pakistan, the Indian Army has also come into action. After this information came to light, the army reactivated its village defense forces and started Operation Sarap Vanas 2.0. This operation, under the supervision of the Prime Minister's Office and reporting directly to National Security Advisor Ajit Doval and the Army Chief, aims to eliminate terrorists and Pakistani soldiers hiding in the mountainous areas. Soldiers have been deployed in a radius of 80 km to secure strategic locations and target as many areas as possible from the border.
