Mumbai: Karan Johar is rumoured to have dropped 'The Bull' with Salman Khan and a war film with Kartik Aaryan.
Karan Johar and Salman Khan have not worked together on any big project for years. Both are good friends but for some reason they are not able to get along. Karan Johar offered Salman 'The Bull' when his career was at its peak. This film was to be directed by South director Vishnu Vardhan. But, due to Salman's dates not matching, both Karan and Salman have agreed to put this project on hold for now.
Kartik and Karan Johar's war film Patch Up project has also been shelved. Karan Johar and Ekta Kapoor were to produce this film together. But, in the last few months, no war film or films on the theme of patriotism have been released, so Karan feels that now people are tired of seeing the same theme of patriotism and war. That's why he has left this film.
Earlier, Karan Johar had started 'Dostana 2' with Kartik Aryan and Jahnavi Kapoor. There was a rift between Kartik and Jahnavi, Karan fired Kartik accusing him of unprofessional approach and also removed 'Dostana 2'.
