During this time, trains will not run till Kirandul. When the situation in Kirandul becomes normal, then the rail service will be restored here.

In the next two days also, there are chances of heavy rains in one or two districts of Surguja and Bastar divisions. Due to continuous rains, the water level in the rivers, dams and ponds of Chhattisgarh has increased. The Meteorological Department has issued an alert of heavy rains.
In Chhattisgarh, an average rainfall of 541.4 mm has been recorded in the state since June 1, 2024. According to the rainfall recorded in various districts of the state from June 01, 2024 till today morning 28 July, the highest average rainfall of 1304.5 mm has been recorded in Bijapur district and the lowest average rainfall of 201.3 mm has been recorded in Surguja district.
