How to make Dahi Puri
step 1 – Take a bowl of curd, add two and a half teaspoons of powdered sugar to it. Mix it well.
Step-2 – Grate the boiled potatoes and add Sanchal powder, coriander seeds, chopped onion, coriander, red chili powder, boiled gram and mix.
step 3 – Take all the flowing water. Put Bakata Jaggery on top of the Puri. – Now add garlic chutney, green coriander-chilli chutney, red tamarind chutney, then pour curd on it.
Step-4 – Now add Sanchal, Ginni Sev, chopped onion, a little red chili powder and finally green coriander on top of it. So your curd is ready.
