Ingredients for Potato and Semolina Dosa
- 2 potatoes
- 2 green chillies
- 1/2 cup semolina
- 2.5 cups water
- 1/2 cup rice flour
- Chopped onion
- Chopped green coriander
- Cumin
- Crushed red chilli powder
- salt to taste

- – First of all, peel and wash the potatoes and cut them into square pieces. – Now put the potato pieces, green chillies, salt in the grinder jar. – Add some water and make a fine paste.
- – Now add half a cup of semolina and half a cup of rice flour to this paste and mix it well.
- – Add finely chopped onion, green chillies, green coriander, one teaspoon cumin seeds and salt as per taste to the prepared paste. If you want, you can also add capsicum or tomatoes.
- Now make this mixture a little thin so that it can fall completely when taken with a spoon. Spread it with a spoon on a non-stick pan and the dosa will be ready in just a minute.
- Serve this dosa hot with onion chutney, tomato chutney or coconut chutney.
