Now Apco Infratech Pvt Ltd has bought a triplex apartment in the same sea facing complex for Rs 172 crore. This is a triplex apartment located on the 9th, 10th and 11th floors of the building. The carpet area of this apartment is 9,527 sq ft. It is sold at a price of Rs 1.62 lakh per sq ft. For this, Rs. 9.3 crore stamp duty has been paid. Its registration fee is Rs 30 thousand. Dilip Kumar bought this bungalow from Abdul Latif in September 1953. After marrying Saira Bano in 1966, he left this bungalow and shifted to a new house. Dilip Kumar's Pali Hill bungalow was also surrounded by controversies for a long time. Dilip Kumar's family has accused a real estate company of trying to grab the land by tampering with the land papers. According to the report, in 2016, Dilip Kumar signed an agreement with the Asher Group to convert the bungalow into a luxurious complex. It is worth noting that in 2017, after a long court case, Dilip Kumar's wife Saira Banu said that she got access to the property and Dilip Kumar died on 7 July 2021. He was 98 years old. Dilip Kumar acted in about 60 films in his five-decade career.
