1 bowl sprouted mug
-1/4 cup red rice
-1/4 bowl of rice
– 1/4 cup grinded moong dal
– 1 bowl of mixed chopped vegetables
-1 bowl of curd
– 1 piece tomato for garnishing

– Salt as per taste

– Turmeric in proportion

Wash the sprouted moong and mix it with sprouted moong, chickpeas and rice. – Now keep the cooker to heat. – Heat oil in the cooker and prepare to make batter khichdi. First of all add chopped mixed vegetables, turmeric, salt, chilli etc. and add water as per requirement. Along with this, add moong, chickpeas and rice. – Now close the cooker and let it whistle twice. – On the other hand, tie the curd of skimmed milk in a vessel and strain it. – When the khichdi is ready, put oil in an oven proof container and roll the prepared khichdi in it. – Make a layer of strained curd on top of it. – To decorate the khichdi, put tomatoes capsicum in round shape. Then bake it in the oven at 350 degrees for 20 minutes. Serve hot with curd.
