Paris: Before the Olympics begin in France, there is a strong possibility that terrorists have launched their first attack on the railway services of France. Due to this, many rail services have been shut down. It is doubtful whether this will continue till the end of the week or not. Due to the shutdown of this service, about 8 lakh passengers are stuck at different stations. Some of them also wanted to go to Paris to enjoy the Olympic Games.
Not only this, there were attacks on trains and at some places, incidents of setting trains on fire also took place.
In this regard, the officials said that there is a strong possibility that there is a well-planned conspiracy behind these attacks which happened at almost the same time.
On Thursday night, several trains were attacked simultaneously, and France's Atlantic northern and eastern lines were severely affected, and the above routes had to be cancelled. The national train operator said.
The attack on France's high-speed rail network TGV network just before the opening ceremony of the Olympic Games was horrific, said French Transport Minister Patrick Bergitre. It is expected to have a serious impact on rail traffic. At the same time, French Railways Chief Executive Jean-Pierre told Fernando that about 8 lakh passengers are stranded. We have asked some trains to run on other routes but most trains have had to be cancelled. However, the Sagherne line is not affected.
The Olympic Games will feature 7,500 competitors who will march past on 85 boats across a four-mile stretch of the Seine River. Many VIPs are going to come to watch these Olympics. About 3 lakh spectators are going to enjoy those Olympics.
