How to make Chana Jowar
step 1
First of all, heat water in a pan, add gram to it and boil it for some time, keep the gram in a bowl with a clean cloth and let it remain like this for some time.
Step-2 –
Now grind the gram using a weighing machine, heat oil in a pan and add the pressed gram and fry it in a bowl.
Step-3
Now add red chilli powder, salt as per taste, garam masala, dry mango powder and garam masala and mix it and finally add lemon juice and mix it. Now garnish the Chatpatta Chana Jhor with coriander and serve.
