- Mushrooms – 250 grams
- Curd – half cup
- Red chilli powder – 1 tablespoon
- Kashmiri red chilli – 2 tbsp
- Turmeric – 2 tablespoons
- Coriander powder – 2 tbsp
- Gram flour – 4 tablespoons
- Garam masala – 2 tablespoons
- Oil- 2 tbsp
- Cumin seeds – 1 tablespoon
- Onion- 2/3
- Garlic – 4/5
- Ginger – a small piece
- Tomatoes – 2/3
- Dry spices – as needed
- Cashews – 4 tablespoons
- Bay leaves – 2
- Coriander – for garnish
- Salt – as per taste

- To make Mushroom Tikka Masala, first take curd in a bowl. Then add red chilli powder, turmeric, coriander powder, gram flour and garam masala and mix.
- – After this, add mushrooms to this mixture and mix well. – Then keep it aside for marination for about 15-20 minutes.
- – After this, heat some oil in a pan. – Then add marinated mushrooms in it and fry them well and take them out in a vessel.
- – After this, add some oil in the same pan. – Then add cumin seeds and stir well. – After this, add onion, garlic, ginger and tomato and fry till it becomes soft.
- – Then add all the dry spices, salt and cashews and fry them. – After this, cool the mixture a little and grind it in the mixer to make a soft paste.
