Giridih, July 26 (HS). Giridih's cyber police has arrested three miscreants who used to commit cyber fraud on youngsters by making obscene video calls. Three mobile phones and four SIM cards have been seized from the arrested accused.
The arrested criminals include Shankar Turi, resident of Sonbad in Bangabad police station area of the district, Rahul Kumar Rana of Udnabad in Mufassil police station area and Vivek Mandal, resident of Kherabad in Sariya. During interrogation, the three arrested criminals confessed that they used to trap young men by making nude photo video calls of girls. During the conversation, they used to take screen shots and demand money. It was told that even during the police raid on Friday, the three criminals were trying to cheat the young men by making nude calls. During this time, the police caught all three.
