Bhopal, 29 February (HS). An unprecedented change is going to take place in the interest of the citizens through the cyber tehsil system in the revenue administration reform of Madhya Pradesh. Today (Thursday) Cyber Tehsil will be launched simultaneously in all the districts of the state. Prime Minister Narendra Modi will join the 'Developed India Developed Madhya Pradesh' program through video conferencing at 4 pm and will launch the Cyber Tehsil Project in Madhya Pradesh. Governor Mangubhai Patel and Chief Minister Dr. Mohan Yadav will attend the program organized at Lal Parade Ground, Bhopal.
Regarding this event, Shivprasanna Shukla, on behalf of the government, said that with the introduction of cyber tehsil system, revenue cases in the state will be resolved in a very short time. After implementation in the land records, the concerned party will be able to get the verified copy of the land records and order. Now the unnecessarily pending cases can be resolved with quality in less time with the help of technical assistance. Cyber tehsils are taking an average of 15 to 17 days, which is a significant achievement compared to the 60 days taken by the manual process. Cyber tehsil has been established for paperless and online transfer and updating of land records without application within the time limit of 15 days.
In this way, all transfer cases related to purchase and sale of Khasra can be resolved through cyber tehsils. Now in such cases, apart from quick name transfer, land records will be updated. The burden of resolving undisputed cases at the tehsil level will be reduced. For the arrangement of Cyber Tehsil, the Revenue Department has amended the Madhya Pradesh Land Revenue Code, 1959 and made provisions for Cyber Tehsil in Section 13-A. Now the system of cyber tehsil is being implemented in all the districts.

The process from registration to name transfer has been implemented in Cyber Tehsil. Cyber Tehsil has been linked to 4 different platforms like Sampada Portal, Bhulekh Portal, Revenue Case Management System portal.

After registering on the portal and after registration, the case will be automatically registered on the Revenue Portal. After this the investigation will be done by Cyber Tehsildar. After the information, a memo will be issued for advertisement and Patwari report. After this, the land records will be updated by passing the order. If claim objection is not received after ten days, orders will be given through e-mail and WhatsApp.
Features and benefits of Cyber Tehsil
It is noteworthy that after registration, the name transfer block is registered without applying. In this process, buyer and seller do not need to attend the Tehsil office for name transfer. The entire process is online. Notice is sent to the buyer, seller and all residents of the village through SMS. The notice is also visible on the RCMS portal. Objections can be filed online in this. The applicant will receive a copy of the final order through email or WhatsApp. As soon as the order is passed, the land records are automatically corrected. The process of execution of orders and revenue records will be completed in 15 days excluding holidays. This system has provided a unique facility of updating land records in real time. With this there will be no interference from Patwari.
There is a facility to submit Patwari report online. It will be resolved in minimum time. Earlier these processes took an average of 60 days. This process will be completed in Cyber Tehsil in an average of 15 days. The PDF copy of the order passed by Cyber Tehsil will be received by the applicant through e-mail and WhatsApp. Its copy will also be uploaded on the RCMS portal.
