- Two cups of rice
- A cup of cashews
- Onion, Capsicum, Carrot, Beans, Chopped Vegetables
- Chopped green coriander
- Ginger Garlic Paste
- Cumin powder
- Mana Powder

Soak rice and fenugreek together for six hours, wash the soaked rice and pulses thoroughly with water and grind them. Add chopped vegetables, green coriander, ginger-garlic paste, cumin powder, chili powder, turmeric and salt to the ground mixture, mix well and keep it for six to eight hours.
– After this, pour oil in the idli vessel and add flour and do the same as usual, vegetable idli is ready and it can be eaten with tomato chutney and coconut chutney.
