The Union security minister said Rs 518 crore has been allocated under the IDEX scheme for startups, innovation and technical support to small units.
A provision of Rs 141.205 crore has been made for security pension in the budget. Rajnath Singh said that this budget will help the country move towards a prosperous, rich and self-reliant developed India. He said that this budget will accelerate India's economic transformation in terms of inclusive and dynamic growth. Specifically, among the paramilitary forces, the CRPF has got Rs 31,543.20 crore from the revised estimate of Rs 31,389.04 crore in 2023-24, BSF Rs 25,472.44 crore and CISF Rs 14,331.89 crore.
