Apart from this, cases of spectators getting injured are also increasing, in such a situation, Southwick and Shoreham Cricket Club has made this new rule that a batsman will be declared out only if he hits a six.

According to reports, Southwick and Shoreham Cricket Club, while informing about the rule, said that the advent of T20 cricket has made the players more aggressive. Even the stadium is not big enough to hit sixes. Due to which people around the ground suffered damage, someone's car and someone's house glass broke. In such a situation, this rule has been made to avoid insurance claims and legal action.
How will this rule work?
During the match, when a batsman hits his first six, the batsman will be removed after being warned by the umpire and no runs will be scored for that six. If the batsman hits more sixes, he will be declared out. However, now the batsmen are very disappointed with this decision of the cricket club.
