  7. The government will provide assistance to EPFO ​​in the first 4 years to promote employment in the manufacturing sector. This will be available to both employees and employers.
  8. On hiring new employees, the employer will be given a subsidy of Rs 3000 per month for contribution to EPFO ​​for the next 2 years.
  9. Development of industrial hub at Gaya on Amritsar Kolkata Industrial Corridor.
  10. The government will speed up work on the Patna-Purnia Expressway, Buxar-Bhagalpur Expressway, roads in Bodh Gaya, Rajgir, Vaishali and Darbhanga and a new bridge over the Ganga at Buxar at a cost of Rs 26,000 crore.
  11. The government will provide additional assistance of Rs 15,000 crore to Andhra Pradesh.
