At this time, a man living in Ghatkopar was also with them. This man raped the minor while the 22-year-old youth accompanying him made a video of the entire incident.
After this, they uploaded this video on social media. A few days ago, a relative of the victim saw the entire video and informed her family about the matter. On further questioning of the victim's parents about the matter, the victim informed them about the entire incident. After this, a case was registered in this matter.
According to the Antophil Police Station, a 22-year-old youth has been arrested in this case. While the search for the other two accused is on. Sections 64 (rape), 61(1) (rape of a minor under 16 years of age), 137(2) (kidnapping), 3(5) common intention, 3(6) (crime committed by several persons) and the Indian POCSO Act have been registered against these people under various sections of the Penal Code, apart from this, various sections of the IT Act were also added.
