There has been a slight change in the timing of Yellow Line services due to construction work on a 490 meter stretch of the corridor being built between Janakpuri West and RK Ashram in the fourth phase of Delhi Metro. Delhi Metro Rail Corporation (DMRC) ) gave this information in an advisory. The Yellow Line connects Gurugram's Millennium City Center to Delhi's Samaypur Badli. The metro timings on this route will remain changed.
DMRC has issued an advisory saying that in the fourth phase, services will be regulated for some time on Saturday and Sunday midnight to carry out pre-scheduled construction work on the 490 meter portion of the corridor between Janakpuri West and RK Ashram. During this time, the portion crossing the Haiderpur Badli Mor metro station on the Yellow Line will be constructed. This is the reason why the timing of metro trains will be changed on this line for two days. Its new timetable has also been released.
According to the advisory, on Saturday, the last train from Samaypur Badli to Millennium City Centre will leave at 10:45 pm instead of 11 pm and similarly, the last train from Millennium City Centre to Samaypur Badli will leave at 9:30 pm instead of 11 pm. According to DMRC, on Sunday, the first train from Samaypur Badli to Millennium City Centre will leave at 7 am instead of 6 am. There will be no train service between Samaypur Badli and Jahangirpuri station from 11 pm on Saturday to 7 am on Sunday. However, during this time, services between Jahangirpuri to Millennium City Centre section of Yellow Line will remain normal like other days.
Usually, Delhi Metro services start at 5 am. However, the timings vary on different routes.
