Two students of Kumaon University were selected for the post of Assistant Professor

Nainital, July 20 (HS). Two students of the Sociology Department of Kumaun University's DSB Campus, Babita Arya and Shaukeen, have been selected for the post of Assistant Professor in Sociology by the Uttarakhand Public Service Commission.

Babita and Shaukeen are both NET JRF. Babita is doing research work on Jagar subject under the guidance of Head of Department Prof. Jyoti Joshi and Shaukeen under the guidance of Dr. Priyanka Ruwali. Kumaon University Teachers Association KUTA President Prof. Lalit Tiwari, General Secretary Dr. Vijay Kumar, Dr. Santosh Kumar, Prof. Neelu Lodhiyal, Prof. Anil Bisht, Dr. Deepika Goswami, Dr. Deepak Kumar, Dr. Deepika Pant, Dr. Seema Chauhan and Sociology Department's Prof. Jyoti Joshi, Prof. Archana Srivastava, Dr. Priyanka Ruwali, Dr. Saroj Paliwal and Kumaon University Alumni Cell President Dr. B S Kalkoti, Vice President Dr. SS Samant etc. have congratulated them and wished them a bright future.
