Jodhpur, July 20 (HS). Union Culture and Tourism Minister Gajendra Singh Shekhawat said that the Rajasthan government should prepare a plan for tourism and send it to the Government of India. It will definitely be considered positively.
Shekhawat reached his parliamentary constituency on Saturday. On the question of the media about the lack of tourists in Jodhpur due to the lack of a single window system at the airport, he said that single window and permission is not the only reason for this. This can be one of the various reasons, but how can the tourism possibilities in Rajasthan be increased. The number of both domestic and foreign tourists should increase.
The possibilities of experiential tourism should increase. How can we increase the possibilities of tourism? We will now work to take it forward by talking to the Rajasthan government. He said that tourism is a state subject in our constitution. The state government will have to prepare a plan on it and send it to the Government of India on priority. We will definitely consider it positively.
