This time there will be a coincidence of Sarvarth Siddhi Yoga on Guru Purnima. During this time, Vyas Peetha worship and religious rituals will be performed in the main Gurupeeths and ashrams of various sects of the district.

According to astrologers, the Ashadh Purnima Tithi has started today and will continue till 3.56 pm on the next day i.e. 21st July. In such a situation, Guru Purnima will be on 21st July as per the Udayatithi. Preparations for Vyas Peetha worship and rituals have been completed in the major Gurupeeths and ashrams of various sects. Guru worship and other religious programs will be held in all ashrams, monasteries and other places. Devotees are very excited about this festival of affection between the Guru and the disciple. Celebrating Guru Purnima festival in Sarvarth Siddhi Yoga, Gurus will be worshipped and many religious rituals including Mahaprasadi will also be held in temples.

A fair will be organized on Guru Purnima at the Tapabhoomi of various saints including Narayan Swami Nepali Baba, Atmanandgiri, Rishigiri in the hills of Takhat Sagar. In the presence of Mahant Muneshwar Giri, worship of all the Brahmalin Guru Samadhi Sthals including Guru Narayan Prabhu, Nepali Baba, worship of the Gurus' Paduka and Abhishek of the idol will be done. Guru Purnima Mahotsav will be celebrated on 21st July at Rishikul Dham in Shakti Nagar Street No. 4 located at Pawta C Road. The program organized under the guidance of Acharya Peethadheeshwar Mahamandaleshwar Dr. Swami Shiv Swaroopanand Saraswati started today with Sundarkand Paath. The next day, on July 21, religious programs will begin with Rudrabhishek at 7 am. After Gita Paath at 8 am and Shankaracharya Puja at 9 am, Guru Pujan program will begin at 10 am.
