RBI Research Internship Scheme: The central government runs many types of schemes for jobs. In which people of different classes get benefits. Job and internship offers are made available under different schemes for the youth of the country in different organizations of the central government. The central bank of the country offers a scheme for the youth through the Reserve Bank of India (RBI), which is called the Research Internship Scheme.
Under the Research Internship Scheme, eligible youth get a chance to do internship in RBI. Along with getting a chance to work in RBI, the youth also get a good stipend every month.
What is RBI Research Internship Scheme?
The internship scheme run by RBI is a good learning opportunity for the youth. Youth who want to make their career in economics, banking or finance. They can participate in this scheme. To apply for the RBI scheme, the applicant must have a 3-year bachelor's degree as well as a one-year master's degree. Or B.Tech or BE degree is also acceptable. Under this scheme of RBI, two youths are selected every year. It starts on 1 July and 1 January. Under this, 10 interns are selected every year. The duration of this internship is 6 months, but it can be extended to two years.
You will get Rs. 35000 every month
Trainees selected under the Research Internship Scheme by the Reserve Bank of India will be paid Rs. A stipend of Rs 35,000 will be given. The location of this internship will be RBI Headquarters Mumbai. Apart from this, RBI reserves the right to terminate the internship on one month's notice without giving any reason. Apart from this, RBI can extend the internship for a period of six months depending on the need of the organization and the performance of the applicant. However, the total duration of this internship will be only two years. RBI has also made it clear in the guidelines that on the basis of this internship, the youth do not get the right to apply for a job in RBI nor can they claim for it.
