Four people died in Lucknow accident: A horrific accident has happened in Lucknow, the capital of Uttar Pradesh. On Friday night, a dumper went out of control near BBD University on Ayodhya Highway and crushed a family sleeping in a hut. The dumper full of gravel went out of control and rammed into a hut near the highway. The couple and their two children sleeping in the house died on the spot. A seven-year-old girl barely survived. The woman was eight months pregnant.
Umesh (age 35), a resident of Jaitpur in Barabanki, was a tile worker. He lived in a hut near the highway with his wife Neelam Devi (age 32), sons Golu (age 4), Sunny (age 13) and daughter Vaishnavi. On Friday night, he was fast asleep at home when suddenly a dumper ran over them, killing all four. Vaishnavi narrowly escaped in this accident. The police have sent the bodies for post-mortem. The dumper driver has been arrested. Neelam's nephew Dharam Singh has filed an FIR.
