Ingredients for making Dry Vegetable Manchurian

  • Cabbage
  • Capsicum
  • Onion
  • Coriander
  • Ginger Garlic Paste
  • chickpea flour
  • Corn flour
  • chilli powder
  • Tomato-chili sauce
  • Soy sauce
  • Oil
  • Salt
  • Water

How to make Dry Vegetable Manchurian

  • To make Veg Manchurian, first wash and chop the cabbage.
  • – Now, take a big pan and add cabbage, all-purpose flour, salt, corn flour, red chili powder and prepare the dough.
  • – Then make small balls of it.
  • – Now take oil in a pan and fry these balls. Take it out in a plate.
  • – Now heat oil in another pan and add chopped onion, ginger-garlic paste, capsicum and a pinch of salt. – Then add onion and let it cook well.
  • – Now add soya sauce and tomato chilli sauce umari to it. – Now add the fried balls and mix well. – Then turn off the gas. So your dry vegetable Manchurian is ready.
