Recipe for making Kapuria, know the step by step process

Kapuria Recipe: Everyone likes Kapuria but often it is not prepared perfectly at home. Let's know its simple recipe.

  • Ingredients for making Kapuria
  • Rice,
  • Toor lentil,
  • Bengal gram lentil,
  • Kapuria flour,
  • dried coconut flakes,
  • Groundnut,
  • pigeon pea grain,
  • Coriander seeds,
  • white sesame seeds,
  • Asafoetida,
  • Turmeric,
  • Salt,
  • Water, as needed
  • Oil,
  • Curd,
  • Ginger and green chilli paste,
  • Cumin, papad, Khar,
  • Sugar,
  • Coriander.

How to make Kapuria

step 1 –
First of all, heat oil in a pan and add cumin seeds, ginger-green chilli paste, peanuts and green tuvar seeds and fry for a few minutes.

Step-2 –
Now add water and boil it well and then add turmeric, salt, curd, sugar and chopped coriander leaves.

Step-3 –
Now add Kapuria flour slowly and cook while mixing it with Valena.

Step-4 –
Now take out this mixture in a plate and let it cool, then take a small portion of the dough and make a round ball of it and
Heat water in the steamer and put Kapuriya balls in it.

Step-5 –
Now steam the Kapuria on medium flame for 15-20 minutes.

Step-6 –
Now heat oil in a pan and add mustard seeds, white sesame seeds, asafoetida, pickle masala and pieces of kapuria and mix. – Now garnish it with oil and coriander and serve.
