Hazaribagh, July 19 (HS). In the weekly public darbar of the Deputy Commissioner, battery operated tricycles were distributed to ten disabled people from DMFT funds in the Collectorate building complex on Friday. Along with this, helmets were also distributed among the beneficiaries from the point of view of following traffic rules and safety. After getting the bicycles, the beneficiaries thanked the Deputy Commissioner and expressed happiness.
It is noteworthy that hundreds of villagers from far-flung areas of the district come with their complaints. Those applications are processed in the concerned departments with full sensitivity. Seeing the demand for battery operated tricycles by the disabled for the past several days, the Deputy Commissioner had directed the Social Welfare Officer to prepare a list of disabled people.
