BJP has warned Congress and opposition leaders not to give provocative and violent speeches against PM Modi. This step has been taken after the recent attack on former President Trump in America. BJP concluded that opposition leaders were attacked using provocative and violent language after their speeches.

BJP national spokesperson Sudhanshu Trivedi, citing an article by an IPS officer published in an English newspaper, said that former Japanese PM Shinzo Abe was assassinated in 2022. Trump was also attacked recently. Most of the attacks took place after inflammatory speeches by opposition leaders. Sudhanshu Trivedi said that the BJP has taken the security of political leaders seriously. When Rahul Gandhi visited Manipur and Kashmir, roads and other security arrangements were taken care of. In 2007, Sonia Gandhi coined the term 'Mot ka Sodagar' for Modi. We did not use such words for Indira Gandhi during the crisis.

Rahul Gandhi accused of using inflammatory language

Sudhanshu Trivedi accused Rahul Gandhi of using language and words that incite violence against PM Modi. Many Congress leaders used violent and provocative words like death and digging graves in their speeches. As Sudhanshu Trivedi said, politics is one thing while inciting violence is a different issue. He mentioned the security lapse during PM Modi's Punjab visit in January 2022. At that time Modi's convoy was stuck on the flyover for 20 minutes.
