According to the information, Pankaj is a civil engineer and hails from Bokaro in Jharkhand. He stole the paper from the trunk in Hazaribagh and distributed it further. At the same time, Raju Singh helped in further distribution of the paper. Pankaj is the mastermind of paper theft According to sources, Pankaj Kumar alias Aditya Kumar stole the papers from the trunk and distributed them among the members of his gang. NTA used these trucks to deliver the paper to various centers.
