Science News: The whole world is worried about drinking water. People are worried that the way fresh water is being misused, there may be a shortage of drinking water on earth in the future. However, now a technology has come that can remove this worry of people. Actually, with the help of this new technology, drinking water can now be made from air and sunlight.

Who is making this?

An American company has brought this technology to the market. The name of this company is Source and it is located in Arizona, USA. This company produces pure drinking water using solar energy panels.

How does this technology work?

Actually, this company makes cans that draw moisture from the air using solar energy and then convert it into water. And to explain it in simple language, the panel first draws water vapor from the air and absorbs it into a special material inside the panel.

The system then uses solar energy to heat it. The moisture inside the panel then condenses and turns into water. In the language of science, this technology is called hydropanel technology. Using this technology, Source is now making a new type of bottled water.

To be launched in August-September
The American company is naming this water Sky Water and it is set to be sold from August or September. It will be sold in recyclable aluminium cans and bottles. The company says that its water farm in Florida produces about 3,000 litres per day.

The journey began at Arizona State University

This technology started about 10 years ago at Arizona State University. Researchers there developed hydropanel technology to create such a product and then created a miracle product. A neuroscientist's report on this water says that this water is collected from the moisture present in the air, so it is very pure. However, currently a panel can produce only 3 liters of water per day.
