17 July 2024: On the occasion of Muharram, banks will remain closed in many states of the country. According to the RBI list, banks will remain closed in Agartala, Aizawl, Belapur, Bangalore, Bhopal, Chennai, Hyderabad Andhra Pradesh, Hyderabad Telangana, Jaipur, Jammu, Kanpur, Kolkata, Lucknow, Mumbai, Nagpur, Delhi, Patna, Ranchi, Raipur, Shillong, Shimla and Srinagar. Banks will remain open in Panaji, Thiruvananthapuram, Kochi, Kohima, Itanagar, Imphal, Dehradun, Gangtok, Guwahati, Chandigarh, Bhubaneswar, Ahmedabad.
21 July 2024: All banks in the country will remain closed due to Sunday.
27 July 2024: Since it is the fourth Saturday, all the banks in the country will remain closed on this day.
28 July 2024: Banks will remain closed across the country on this day as it is the last Sunday of the month of July.
