Rohtak, July 17 (HS). The Deputy Commissioner reviewed the complaints received in the Samadhan camp being organized by the administration and gave instructions to the officers in this regard. Also, the Additional Deputy Commissioner heard the complaints in the camp on Wednesday and asked to settle the complaints and also sought answers from the concerned officers in this regard.
Additional Deputy Commissioner Vaishali Singh, Superintendent of Police Himanshu Garg, Sub-Divisional Magistrate Ashish Kumar heard the complaints of the people in the Samadhan camp and directed the concerned officers present on the spot to resolve these complaints as early as possible. On Wednesday, 48 complaints were received at the Samadhan camp, which were handed over to the concerned officers for resolution. Vaishali Singh, while listening to the complaints along with senior officials of the district administration in the Samadhan camp organized in the auditorium of the local Mini Secretariat, directed the concerned officers to ensure that these complaints are resolved as early as possible.
The district administration is organizing Samadhan camps every working day from 9 am to 11 am at the district and sub-division headquarters so that everyone's problems can be resolved at one place. In these camps, senior officials of the concerned departments are taking necessary action to resolve complaints on the spot. On this occasion, Municipal Corporation's Joint Commissioner Ankita Verma, City Magistrate Ankit Kumar, District Development and Panchayat Officer Rajpal Chahal, District Revenue Officer Kanab Lakra, District Welfare Officer Renu Sisodia and officials of other related departments were present.
