- 2 liters of skimmed milk,

How to make Paneer
- – Turn on the gas and place it on the pan. – Add milk to it and let it boil on low flame. – Keep stirring with a spoon so that the bubbles do not keep coming and going.
- Pour this lemon juice into the boiling milk and stir it slowly with a spoon. After 6 minutes, when the milk thickens a little and the water separates, turn off the gas.
- Put some weight on this bundle and leave it for 30 minutes. – Then cut it into pieces and put it in the mixer jar, add three teaspoons of ghee and half a teaspoon of salt in it.
- Grind it well and put this mixture in a thin container lined with foil paper. – Then cover it with foil paper and close the lid of the container. And keep it in the freezer for 8 hours. So your paneer is ready.
