Bokaro, July 16 (HS). Behtar Jharkhand Yuva Samvad program was organized on Tuesday at Hans Palace located in Sector-1 of Bokaro district of Jharkhand. The program was started by the chief guest former Union Minister Anurag Thakur and founder of Behtar Jharkhand Vivek Singh by offering flowers to the picture of Lord Birsa Munda.

On this occasion, Union Minister Anurag Thakur said that the youth here want to work for their state but due to the indifferent attitude of the government, the state is not able to develop properly. Jharkhand has human resources along with mineral wealth. Despite this, the unemployment rate of Jharkhand is one percent higher than the average unemployment rate of other states of the country. The government here should use the mineral wealth of Jharkhand by opening new industries and factories here, so that along with employment to the youth and unemployed here, the economic development of the state can also take place.

Anurag said that other states formed along with Jharkhand have progressed but why Jharkhand has not progressed. The government and people here will have to think on this. Jharkhand receives an annual revenue of about nine thousand crore rupees from the mining fund. He said that Jharkhand is a state rich in mineral wealth but the youth are migrating from here. Therefore, not only mineral wealth based industries, but also establishing a dialogue with the youth and taking them forward through startups is needed, only then a better Jharkhand can be envisioned.

While praising the 'Betar Jharkhand' Yuva Samvad program, the former Union Minister said that this initiative is for those youth of Jharkhand who want to do something for the state and want to improve the conditions of Jharkhand. Through this program, the youth of Jharkhand will create new options. Those who have skills will be connected to the market and new paths will be created for those who want to set up industries.

Founder Vivek Singh mentioned the social work being carried out by Behtar Jharkhand Sansthan. He said that the Sansthan will take initiatives to solve the problem of water in villages, sanitary arrangements for women, modernizing Anganwadis, and in the last days of July, the Sansthan will also work on financial literacy and cyber security.
