DC held a meeting with officials at Basukinath Dham regarding the preparations for Shravani Mela

Dumka, July 16 (HS). DC Anjaneyulu Dodde held a meeting of officials in the auditorium at Basukinath on Tuesday regarding the preparations for the Shravani fair. In the meeting, the DC took information about the preparations being done by all the departments and directed to complete the work before the Shravani fair begins.

He said that there should not be any shortage in the arrangements, which may cause any inconvenience to the visiting devotees. He gave necessary instructions to the concerned officials regarding cleanliness around the temple premises, arrangement of drinking water, arrangement of mobile toilets, continuous power supply in the area, deputation of magistrate, deputation of security personnel and volunteers, parking arrangements, deputation of para medical team, deployment of fire brigade and other arrangements for the Shravani fair.

The DC said that full care will be taken of the facilities of lakhs of devotees visiting Basukinath Dham during Shravani fair. Preparations for this are going on in full swing. In this sequence, SP Pitambar Singh Kherwar said that there will be strong security arrangements during the entire fair period.
