Kedarnath Temple Dispute: A controversy has arisen as soon as the construction of Baba Kedar's temple started in Burari, Delhi. Shri Kedarnath Delhi Dham Temple is being built on 3 acres in Delhi. On July 10, Uttarakhand Chief Minister Pushkar Singh Dhami also performed its Bhoomi Pujan. After the Bhoomi Pujan, there is opposition to the construction of the temple. From Kedarnath Dham to Kedar Valley, displeasure has been expressed about this.
Acharya Satyendra Das says that Kedarnath is one and will remain one, so the temple should be built under some other name. The Kedarnath temple of Uttarakhand is Adishakti and the fruits that devotees get there are not available here.
Acharya Satyendra Das said that if a temple is built with the same name, it will not have the powers of the Jyotirlinga and devotees will not get the same fruits. Pujari Das said, 'There are 12 Jyotirlingas and the powers of these 12 Jyotirlingas are unique and extraordinary in themselves, that is why people travel very far to see them. Kedarnath is one of them. Kedarnath is in Uttarakhand and is all-powerful. Jyotirlingas have such powers that make people go for darshan with great effort. They cannot get that fruit in any other temple. If his temple is built at any other place with the same name, then it will not be included in the 12 Jyotirlingas, it will be different from them.
He further said that priest Satyendra Das says that if a person builds a temple in his house, then the taller the temple is, the more power will be visible in it.
He further said, 'Talking about Kedarnath temple, it is mentioned in the scriptures that this Dwadashling Jyoti is unique in itself. If any other temple is built with that name then it is not right because it is mentioned in our scriptures that it is established due to its influence. So let it remain in the same form. If someone builds another temple then it should be built with a different name and Kedarnath temple is one and will remain one.
