Rudraprayag, July 15 (HS). A public dialogue program was organized in the Vikas Bhawan auditorium on Monday under the chairmanship of District Magistrate Saurabh Gaharwar. On this occasion, 21 complaints were registered from various departments, out of which nine complaints were resolved on the spot. During this, the DM expressed displeasure over the complaints registered in the CM Helpline not being resolved on time. He said that 114 complaints on L-one and 30 complaints on L-two in various departments are pending for resolution, these should be resolved with speed.
In the Janta Milan program, Om Prakash of village Dangi Bangar lodged a complaint and said that the villagers are facing a lot of problems due to the absence of a food grain dealer and shop in the village for the last two years. Villagers Makan Singh, Vipin Rawat, Mahesha Singh, Kunwar Singh etc. of Barasu informed about the illegal acquisition of their ancient land on the Guptkashi-Gaurikund National Highway. During the Jan Samvad program, the District Magistrate reviewed the complaints lodged in the CM Helpline and instructed the concerned departmental officers to dispose of all the complaints pending at the L-One and L-Two levels within two days to one week. Along with this, all the officers were asked to compulsorily visit the CM portal daily. No negligence should be done in this under any circumstances.
