Rohtak, July 15 (HS). Deputy Commissioner Ajay Kumar said that the district administration is organising Samadhan camps at the district and divisional headquarters to resolve the complaints of the people as soon as possible. 64 complaints were received in the Samadhan camp organised at the district headquarters on Monday, which were handed over to the concerned officers for on-the-spot settlement.
Ajay Kumar was listening to the complaints of the general public in the Samadhan camp in the auditorium located at the local Mini Secretariat along with Superintendent of Police Himanshu Garg, Additional Deputy Commissioner Vaishali Singh, Chief Executive Officer of Zila Parishad Mahesh Kumar, Sub-Divisional Magistrate Ashish Kumar, Joint Commissioner of Municipal Corporation Ankita Verma, City Magistrate Ankit Kumar, District Development and Panchayat Officer Rajpal Chahal, District Revenue Officer Kanab Lakra. He said that the district administration has issued instructions to all the departments to be present in the Samadhan camp organized every working day and settle the complaints of the people on the spot. In these Samadhan camps, the officers of the concerned departments start the process of settling the complaints on the spot and the complaint is settled as soon as possible.
Ajay Kumar said that the district administration is resolving people's complaints on a priority basis. Complaints related to errors in the family identity card are resolved on the spot. Complaints related to property ID are being resolved by the Municipal Corporation. Complaints related to social security pension are being resolved by the Social Welfare Department. Officials of other related departments are present in the Samadhan camp and resolving complaints related to the department. On this occasion, District Social Welfare Officer Mahabir Godara along with officials and employees of other related departments were present.
