Hyderabad Police and Special Operations Team have busted a drug racket by conducting a mission to investigate the drug racket in Rajendra Nagar. Actress Rakul Preet Singh's brother Amanpreet Singh has been arrested by the police. Amanpreet was caught red-handed by the police while buying drugs from four Nigerians.
It is being told that 200 grams of cocaine worth 2 crores was found from the peddlers from whom Amanpreet used to buy drugs. Cocaine was seized from him and the smugglers were also arrested. Earlier, Rakul Preet Singh has also been questioned in the money laundering and drug racket case. In September 2021, Rakul Preet had to face a long interrogation in front of the ED in Hyderabad. Apart from this, the agency had also sought a bank statement from Rakul Preet after finding suspicious cases.
