- First of all, sieve the gram flour and prepare its batter. Mix salt in the gram flour and prepare the batter.
- Also add red chilli powder, celery, a pinch of asafoetida, garam masala, chaat masala and mix.
- – Now add water slowly to this gram flour mixture and make a batter. While making the batter, keep in mind that there should be no lumps in it and the batter should not be too thin.
- – Now cut the paneer into small pieces. – Keep the pieces of paneer a little thick. – Now make a small incision between all these pieces and add green chutney or chili sauce. This will make the pakoras spicy and tasty.
