Material
- Keema Bread – 4
- Paneer – 200 grams
- Onion (chopped) – 1
- Capsicum (finely chopped) – 1
- Tomato (finely chopped) – 1
- Ginger-garlic paste – 1 tablespoon
- Green chillies (finely chopped) – 1-2
- Red chilli powder – 1/2 tsp
- Garam masala – 1/2 tsp
- Chaat masala – 1/2 tsp
- Salt – as per taste
- Oil – 2-3 tbsp
- Coriander leaves (finely chopped) – 2-3 tbsp
- Lemon juice
- Green chutney or tomato sauce
Prepare the Stuffing
- To prepare the roll, first you have to make its stuffing. For this, heat oil in a pan and add finely chopped onion and fry it till it turns golden.
- – Now add ginger-garlic paste in it and fry for a few seconds. – After this add finely chopped capsicum and tomatoes and cook till they become soft.
- – After this add finely chopped cheese, red chili powder, garam masala, chaat masala, green chilies and salt.
- – Now mix it well and cook for 2-3 minutes. -Finally add chopped coriander and lemon juice and mix. This stuffing is ready.
How to make rolls
- – Now to make the roll, heat a pan and bake the roti on it. – Then spread green chutney or tomato chutney on the roti.
- – After this, place the prepared paneer stuffing in the middle of the roti.
- – Now fold the roti like a roll and apply some oil in the pan and cook the roll till it becomes golden from all sides.
- – Now serve this roll hot. If you want, you can also serve cold drink with it.
