Bikaner, July 14 (HS). Medical Minister and District In-charge Minister Gajendra Singh held a progress meeting on the implementation of budget announcements related to the district on Sunday. While reviewing the budget announcements point-wise in the meeting held in the District Collectorate Auditorium, he said that budget announcements are the road map for the development of any area. On the basis of these, every area is developed in a phased manner. In this sequence, the implementation of the announcements related to the district made in the budget of this financial year has started with immediate effect. All the work should be completed on time, so that the common people can get maximum benefit from them. The Medical Minister said that the proposals for the budget announcements in which action is proposed at the state government level should be sent immediately.
The Minister-in-Charge took information about the roads, ROB and missing link works approved by the Public Works Department and the 50 e-buses to be allotted for urban transport. He said that this gift of the government will make urban transport more smooth. The Minister-in-Charge directed the District Collector to take follow-up action with the line department regarding the proposed Ceramic Park in Gajner.
Work should be done seriously in view of the possibilities of ceramic industry
Minister-in-charge Gajendra Singh said that in view of the possibility of ceramic industry in the district, this work should be completed on priority, this will pave the way for industrial development of the region. While reviewing various works including Khajuwala drinking water scheme, development of solar park in Pogal Chhattargarh, construction of five 132 kV GSS including 220 kV GSS in Nokhda, the minister-in-charge said that the completion of these budget announcements will strengthen the infrastructure of road, electricity, drinking water supply in the area. In view of this, the officers should take extra seriousness in the implementation of these announcements. Regarding the permanent solution to the problem of dirty water accumulating in Bikaner city, the minister-in-charge directed the Municipal Corporation to prepare the outline of this work soon in coordination with the concerned agencies. He said that the implementation of the budget announcement made towards the development of basic facilities in Kapil Sarovar will promote religious tourism here and new employment opportunities will also be created in the area. Regarding the work of digitization of 40 crore historical scripts in Rajasthan State Archives Department in a phased manner, Khinvsar said that for this, this work should be done with a timeline by marking the records and using international technology. He also asked to send the proposal as per the norms of NIT in the establishment of Rajasthan Institute of Technology, and to take prompt action regarding the proposal to open new branches and faculties in Polytechnic College and ITI.
Bikaner (East) MLA Siddhi Kumari, Khajuwala MLA Dr. Vishwanath Meghwal, Bikaner (West) MLA Jethananand Vyas, Sridungargarh MLA Tarachand Saraswat, Municipal Corporation Mayor Sushila Kanwar Rajpurohit spoke on various topics in the meeting.
Secretary-in-charge Krishna Kunal said that instructions were given to prepare an action plan regarding the implementation of all budget announcements and submit it within three days. District Collector Namrata Vrishni told about the budget announcements related to the district and their implementation. She told about the Chief Minister's Intensive Tree Plantation Campaign and Sampurnata Program.
Divisional Commissioner Vandana Singhvi, IG Police Om Prakash, District Council Chief Executive Officer Sohanlal, Additional District Collector (Administration) Dr. Dulichand Meena, Additional Collector (City) Ummed Singh Ratan, Sardar Patel Medical College Principal Dr. Gunjan Soni and officers of various departments were present in the meeting.
