Ahmedabad: A hit and run incident has come to light late at night on the city's SG Highway. In which the driver of a Brezza car hit an i-20 car near Palladium Mall by driving his car at full speed. During this, two youths standing near the car were also thrown out. One of the youths died on the spot, while the other died during treatment. The driver of the Brezza car fled from the spot after the accident.
According to the information received in this regard, Alpesh Gagadekar, who lives in Kubernagar, was going from SG Highway to CG Road in his i-20 car at around 2.30 in the night with his friends Kamal Advani, Sonu Dhaiyda and Mayur Ahuja. . Where he parked his car on the side near Palladium Mall to go to the washroom.
Meanwhile, a Brezza car (GJ-38-BF-9547) running like a bull on Kargil Char Road collided with Alpesh's I-20 car. Kamal and Alpesh, who were standing near the I-20 car, fell down. After the accident, the driver of the Brezza car fled from the spot.
On the other hand, Alpesh died on the spot due to the accident. While Kamal Advani and his friend Sonu, who were sitting in the I-20 car, were taken to Sola Civil Hospital for treatment in critical condition. Kamal also died during treatment.
Currently, based on the complaint of Sonu Dhayada, S.G. Highway Traffic Police has registered a case under sections of BNS and Motor Wheel Act against the driver of the Brezza car who fled after causing the accident and has started investigation to arrest him.
