Local MLA cum minister Dr. Rameshwar Oraon and former Rajya Sabha member Dhiraj Prasad Sahu distributed musical instruments Danka, Tasha among licensed akharas on the occasion of Muharram festival at Nagar Bhawan. On this occasion, minister Dr. Rameshwar Oraon said that we are all trying to save our culture, civilization and tradition together.
Former Rajya Sabha member Dhiraj Prasad Sahu said that it is our duty to save the tradition in the modern era, for which Tasha and Danka are being distributed among the Muslim brothers in the assembly constituency so that the festival can be celebrated with joy. In the coming time, traditional musical instruments will be distributed among the Hindu brothers on Ram Navami. We should respect all religions. We should respect their culture and spread the message of brotherhood.
