Apart from this, other vegetables are being bought directly from the farmers and sold here and vegetables are being sold at a much lower price than the market.

According to sources in the district horticulture department, all raw grains are being sold at a reduced price of Rs 2 per kg from the 'Sufal Bangla' outlet. This initiative has been taken by the Agriculture Department, Horticulture Department, Agricultural Marketing Department and Cooperative Department. Vegetables are sold through Farmer Producer Company Limited (FPC).
