On Friday, July 12, the last day of trading, the domestic market is in a bullish trend. In early trade, the 30-share BSE Sensex rose 226.11 points to 80,123.45. The NSE Nifty rose 82.1 points to 24,398.05. Among the Sensex companies, the shares of Tata Consultancy Services saw a rise of two percent.
Shares of Infosys, Axis Bank, Mahindra & Mahindra, Bajaj Finance, Tech Mahindra and HCL Technological also gained. Shares of Maruti, Asian Paints, Bharti Airtel and ITC remained in loss. In the Asian market, Hong Kong's Hang Seng continued to rise. While China's Shanghai Composite, South Korea's Kospi and Japan's Nikkei remained in loss.
US markets closed with a negative trend on Thursday. Global oil benchmark Brent crude futures rose 0.25 percent to trade at US $ 85.59 per barrel. According to stock market data, foreign institutional investment FIIs continued to sell in the capital market on Thursday and sold shares worth a net Rs 1,137.01 crore.
