The Aam Aadmi Party (AAP) convenor challenged the Delhi High Court's April 9 order in the Supreme Court. The Delhi High Court upheld Kejriwal's arrest in the case, saying there was no illegality in it and the ED had no option left after repeated refusals to join the investigation.
